Hi, I'm
Bastian.
And I truly believe that the most meaningful moments are often the ones nobody plans for.
That's why I started with cinematography. I wanted to capture those moments, make them visible, appreciate them, and share them with others.
Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with the process itself — the act of slowing down, observing, and finding beauty through a camera.
Eventually, that passion became my profession.
My story
How I came to
film love stories.
I came to Finland in 2025 with little more than a camera and a dream. Along the way, I met many incredible people who became the reason I never left. One of them was Polina.
Polina is one of Finland’s most talented wedding photographers. She started taking me along to weddings, giving me the chance to film and learn. Before I knew it, I had fallen in love with these stories.
My approach
The art of
paying attention.
While much of a wedding follows a timeline, the moments people remember rarely do.
The laugh that wasn't expected. The tears nobody saw coming. The quiet moments between all the noise.
My role is simply to pay attention to them — to notice them, capture them, and preserve them in a way that allows you to experience them again for years to come.
